Q. What is the Wattie Ink. return and exchange policy on custom orders?
A. Due to the nature of custom orders, they can not be returned or exchanged. All custom orders are final once placed.
Q. Why is there shipping on my custom order and not on the stock website?
A. Wattie Ink has free shipping on domestic stock orders over $100. Note this can change at any time. Custom orders do not apply for free shipping. This is because each order is individually printed, cut and sewn in our factory here in the United States. After that the items are individually packed, sorted and shipped for your custom specific order.
Q. What if my gear needs to be repaired?
A. If any Wattie Ink gear fails due to a manufacturing or material defect Wattie Ink will repair or replace the gear at no charge, for the original owner, for up to one year from the purchase date. The Wattie Ink Performance Guarantee does not include product failures resulting from normal extended wear, improper care, or crashing. This includes damage from saddles with embroidery, saddlebag and glove velcro, jersey zippers wearing on shorts, over stuffing pockets, etc.
Please send all gear directly to us at the address below. We request that gear returned for repair or replacement be washed, cleaned and completely dry. Wattie Ink will not handle any garments that do not meet these requirements.
Wattie Ink will repair gear at the company's discretion. Repairs are usually completed and returned within a week after receiving.

Q. How do I care for my new Wattie Ink. gear?
A. If you wash your Wattie Ink. gear in cold water, without fabric softener, and hang it to dry it will perform well for years.
Q. How does the Wattie Ink. technical branded gear fit?
A. We design and manufacture all of our gear for high performance use. Our gear is form fitting, compressive and tends to run on the small side. Please refer to our sizing charts for detailed measurements.
